Semi-finalist in the UK Songwriting Contest 2010.
Currently working as a Media Officer for the Church of England in
Westminster, Howard Dobson is a Christian songwriter of repute with songs
performed in churches in the UK and US, as reported by CCLI and PRS.
"I started writing worship songs in the mid-90s for church.
Now many of the songs are played live and on radio in
various countries. Some of the most popular ones have been recorded by leading
Christian musicians and are available here as free downloads for worship leaders
along with chords and words. There are songs for use all year round and a few
are for times and seasons - Christmas, Good Friday, Pentecost. Words
and chords are available for all of the songs. If you use any of them or
play them on radio do declare usage to CCLI and/or PRS for Music. Feel free to
contact me if you have any
questions or comments about this website. You can also join my Facebook group, follow me on Twitter and
subscribe to my podcast."
